I am SO excited to finally be able to share these photos with you. If I counted the number of times my junior designer asked about sharing these photos, it would literally be in the hundreds. (She’s mega-enthusiastic and I dig her.) Thank goodness today is the day this gorgeous space is finally being published. 🎉

Here are the before shots of this now chic and badass realtor’s office here in Waco, TX. The lovely client this office was designed for is my favorite type of client: she’s the kind that tells you what she wants and then says, “make it pretty“.  Yes ma’am.

When you’re a successful realtor, it’s necessary to have a bar in your office to celebrate with your client when you sell their home or buy one for them. And hey, you might as well make it a beautiful statement piece. That “Booze” decanter was one of the first pieces I sourced for this project and I’m psyched my client went for it.

What do you think? I am so in love with the result, it’s hard to believe that just a few months ago, this room was a blank canvas without flooring or paint or baseboards.

One of my favorite things in the world is seeing the moodboards I create come to life. Though my work is primarily residential interior design, I loved the challenge of getting out of my own comfort zone and tackling a commercial office space for a client who totally rocks.
