We require a three-room minimum for Design Comprehensive and take on a limited number of projects each year - because doing this work well requires real focus and deep involvement. Our sweet spot is the kind of project where someone hands us the keys and says "make it awesome."

Every project is different, but here's a realistic starting point: furnishing projects typically begin around $40k per room, and construction projects start at $150k and up. All Design Comprehensive projects require a three-room minimum.

Don't have a contractor or architect yet? We're well-connected throughout Macon and Middle Georgia and can introduce you to trusted professionals we've worked with and respect. Our clients love not having to manage those relationships themselves - that's our job.
